I charge a flat rate for artwork based on overall size and complexity...therefore, the time it will take to complete the job. Deadlines are another factor to be considered. If you have a specific budget for your project I will make every effort to meet it ( within reason! ) by using a simpler time-saving style. It's always helpful in quoting a price to have the potential client point out images on this website that are similar to what they are looking for as far as style and amount of detail.
